My first custom knit order!
I called the items the Lime Soda Milo & Lime Soda Cap - with patterns respectively by Georgie Hallam (http://tikkifabricaddict.blogspot.com/p/milo.html) and Kathering Oxlade-Knack (http://www.ravelry.com/designers/stitchymama).
